A totally original, unmolested Mk2 Fiesta…well looked after having been in the same gentleman’s ownership since 1986. We understand the only other keeper being for a few months earlier in ‘86 as a company demonstrator car…possibly explaining why this 1.1 L comes with a range of factory upgrades including a sun roof, rear wiper and nearside wing mirror!

Showing a genuine 69,290 miles and having travelled just over 500 miles in the last 10 years the car has been garaged, regularly serviced and always MOT’d….the current one due to expire in December 2022. It comes with a wad of service records and receipts as well as the original handbook, audio guide book and log book.

The car drives a treat. Starts on the button and delivers a serene and comfortable ride in all conditions. No engine rattle – as often blights these Mk2s – and a nice quiet suspension with no bumps or knocks.

Inside is exactly as it should be and all in very good order. No sign of any damage to the dash and all the gauges and buttons appear to be in full working order. The sunroof seals properly and the original perforated vinyl headlining is clean and showing no sign of water ingress. Seats are in great condition.

These Mk2 Fiestas sold by the hundreds of thousands every year in mid-80s but are now an increasingly rare sight…what an opportunity to bag what must be one of the best of the survivors available today.
